I will pop into the estate agent and pose as a buyer. Are they offering your details? Are they saying good things about your house? Have they taken my details and checked that I can afford to buy? Did they encourage me to view your house?

I will provide a detailed, written report on this meeting. I can also include any extra questions that you want me to ask.
