Its surprising how an area can change character just in the space of a street or two. Or that beautiful photograph taken by the estate agent doesn't show the sewage works next door!

That's where it helps to have someone with local knowledge.

I can pre-select which houses you view, weeding out the 'duffers' and leaving you with houses that really meet your requirements!

This can take several forms:

• Telephone consultation - because I know my local area very well, we can discuss the available properties over the phone.
• Drive by - I will drive past the house and around the immediate neighbourhood, take some photos and provide a detailed written report.
• House visit - I will arrange a viewing with the vendor or estate agent, have a thorough look around the house myself, take some photos and provide you with a detailed written report.

Price: negotiated on individual basis.
