Mystery Shopper House Visit

I will arrange for the estate agent to show me around your house. How available was the agent for viewing? Did the agent arrive on time? Did he have the right keys with him? How did the agent present your house? Did he make any comments on décor, state of repair, price, willingness to accept a lower offer?

I will provide a detailed, written report on this conversation. I can also include any extra questions that you want me to ask.
