With a House Visit I can ask the estate agent to accompany me on a viewing and find out what really goes on behind closed doors!

Thanks to TV programs, like the 'House Doctor' and Ann Maurice, we Brits are getting more familiar with the Californian idea of 'home staging'. Its no longer enough just to put your house on the market and wait for the right buyer to come along.
